摘 要:为了更好地理解防撞栏杆在汽车撞击过程中的动态行为,为半刚性防撞护栏的设计提供参考数据。采用有限元方法对防撞护栏受撞击的过程进行数值分析模拟。通过网格的优化、模型的简化和一些参数的选择来缩短计算时间;通过讨论汽车与护栏的接触方式选择比较符合实际的接触模型;通过分析沙漏理论中的人工能来判断最后结果的可信度。最后计算分析出栏杆变形、碰撞系统能量变化即栏杆吸收能量的情况和碰撞过程中的车行方向变化。In order to understand the behaviour of the guardrail under car impact better and provide the reference data for the design of gnardrail, the process of the impact between car and guardrail was simulized by Finite Element Method(FEM). The computation time was shortened through optimizing the grid, simplifying the calculation model and choosing the suitable parameters; a contact model between car and guardrail that meet the practical situation was chosen by discussing the way they contact. The credibility of the result was justified by analysing the artificial energy in the hourglass theory. guardrail, the energy absorbed by the guardrail and the direction the analysis and calculation of the model.
