摘  要:目的:建立吴茱萸中总酚酸含量的测定方法,测定吴茱萸及其炮制品中总酚酸的含量。方法:以绿原酸为对照品,用分光光度法在760nm处测定吸光度。体系中加入0.3%十二烷基磺酸钠溶液2mL,1%铁氰化钾-1%三氯化铁(1∶1)混合液2mL,用0.1mol/L盐酸溶液定容。结果:测定的两批吴茱萸药材中总酚酸的含量分别为29.89%和30.44%,经t检验差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。吴茱萸炮制品中以醋制吴茱萸总酚酸含量最高,其次为甘草制吴茱萸,其余炮制品中总酚酸的含量都明显低于生药中的含量,经t检验,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:吴茱萸经不同方法炮制后总酚酸的含量不同。所用检测方法简便、准确、快速,可作为吴茱萸中总酚酸含量的测定方法。Objective:To establish a method for determining the contents of total phenolic acid in Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.)Benth and its processed product. Methods: Total phenolic acid was determined by the method of spectrophotometry at 760nm with chlorogenic acid as reference material. In the systematic solution, 0. 3% dodecyl sulfonic acisodium salt 2mL,and mixed solution with 1% K3 [Fe(CN)6 ]-1% were added. And also FeCl3 (1 : 1)2mL. with 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid was added to the solution diluted to scale. Results:The contents of total phenolic acid were 29.89% and 30. 44%. in the two kinds of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth,there was no notable difference by t test(P〉0.05). The contents of total phenolic acid was the highest in its processed product by vinegar, the second was liquorice, the others were notable lower than Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss. )Benth,there was notable difference by t test(P〈0. 01). Conclusion:The contents of total phenolic acid were different in its different processed product. The method was simple,accurate and rapid. It was a better method to determine the contents of total phenolic acid in Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.)Benth.
