自制超声声学造影剂在超声造影指导乙酸治疗兔VX_2肿瘤中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价自制声学造影剂在动态观察和指导经皮50%乙酸注射治疗兔移植肿瘤中的作用。方法:10只纯种新西兰白兔双侧大腿部种植VX2肿瘤12～21d行乙酸注射治疗。治疗前后应用自制声学造影剂配合彩色、能量和脉冲多普勒超声检查,并根据造影后残留血流部位确定乙酸再次注射部位及剂量,至肿瘤内血流完全消失。治疗完毕取出肿瘤标本送病理检查。结果:超声造影剂显著增强肿瘤彩色、能量、脉冲多普勒血流信号,显示残留肿瘤血流,10只肿瘤兔的18个肿瘤治疗后病检仅1个肿瘤内见瘤细胞,余肿瘤全部坏死。结论:自制声学造影剂在动态观察和指导肿瘤治疗中效果可靠。Objective：To assess the efficient sonography with contrast medium enhancement in guiding and monitoring percutaneous acetic ablation of tumors in the animal model. Methods： VX2 carcinoma was implanted into the thighs of ten New Zealand white rabbits and examined by color, power,and pulse Doppler before and after injection of 50% acetic into the tumors after twelve to twenty-one days,injections of acetic were guided by ultrasound to sites of tumor vascularity, until all tumor vascularity had been obliterated. Then, all tumor samples were submitted for histologic examination. Results：Contrast enhanced tumor vascularity in color,power,and pulse Doppler over contrast medium. Incomplete ablated loci of tumor could only be identified with contrast medium enhancement. Histology showed complete ablation of all but one tumor. Conclusion： ultrasound enhanced tumor vascularity better by contrast medium. Ultrasound enhanced by contrast might offer an accurate means for guiding and monitoring percutaneous acetic injection for tumor ablation.
