摘 要:以甲苯作溶剂,硼氢化钠作还原剂,在液/液两相界面处,通过还原氯金酸的方法制备了金纳米粒子.分别研究了4-辛基溴化铵作为相转移剂和稳定剂制备的金溶胶体系,并用紫外可见分光光度计、红外光谱、原子力显微镜分别对金纳米体系及其自组装行为进行了表征.结果表明:配体修饰后,金溶胶在有机相的原溶液中是相当稳定的,但继续补加甲苯或其他物质后,金溶胶体系变得不太稳定,并很快趋于沉降状态.Sodium borohydride was used as reducing agent and toluene was used as solvent. Hydrogen tetracholoroaurate was deoxidized to fabricate gold nanoparticles at the liquid/liquid inter-face of two solvent phases. The different systems of colloidal gold were studied by the below steps :first, tetraoctylammonium bromide ((C7THI15)4NBr) was used both as a phase-transfer reagent and as a stabilizer. The properties of the assemblies were characterized by using IR spectrum, UV-Visible spectrum and atomic force microscope (AFM) techniques. The results indicated that the original gold system was quite stable and they would subside once added some new toluene or other substances.
