乔本甲状腺炎的细针吸取细胞学诊断及鉴别

摘　　要：对３１例经组织学证实为乔本甲状腺炎的细胞学涂片进行复阅，提出诊断乔本甲状腺炎的细胞学诊断标准为：（１）较丰富的淋巴细胞呈弥漫分布，以小淋巴细胞为主，并见数量不等的滤泡中心细胞及浆细胞。（２）滤泡上皮细胞类似正常滤泡上皮细胞或呈增生状态，或表现为嗜酸性细胞特征。并提出与甲状腺乳头状癌。Reviewing 31 cases hoshimoto’s thyroiditis cell smears confirmed by histopathology from 1991-1996. We suggest the cytologic diagnosis standard as follows: ①Plentiful lymphocytes consist of a lots small lymphocytes, some follicular centre lymphocytes and plasma to diffuse on the smear. ②Follicular epithelia cells of the disease appear in different cytological charactes: like normal thyroid epitherial, in a state of hyperplasia and eosinepithelial appearence. We also set forth the principal point of differential diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma, goiter and subacute thyroiditis.
