摘　　要：目的：探讨脑外伤后合并高渗高血糖非酮性昏迷的病因及治疗。方法：对７例脑外伤后并发高渗高血糖非酮性昏迷的病人进行回顾性分析，前６例采用常规治疗，最后１例彻底调整了治疗方案。结果：７例中前６例死亡，最后１例痊愈。结论：伤后处于脱水应激状态是并发高渗高血糖非酮性昏迷的重要诱因。治疗原则是抢救休克、补充失水、纠正高渗、降低血糖、解除酸中毒、防治并发症。Objective: To go further into the causes and treatments of hyperglycemic hyperosmolar nonketonic coma (HHNC) after head injury. Methods: Retrospective analysis to 7 cases of HHNC after head injury was made. The first six cases were receieved routine treatment, and the plan of treatment for the last one case was adjusted thoroughly. Results: The first six patients died and the last one was removed. Conclusion: Irritability and dehydration after head injury is the significant predisposing cause of HHNC. The principal of treatment inclues: give emergency treatment against shock, replace the fluid, redress the hypertonic, lower blood sugar, relieve from acidosis as well as prevent and cure the complications.
