摘　　要：肿瘤细胞多药耐药是导致肿瘤化疗失败的主要原因之一,其机制异常复杂,是多基因、多步骤综合作用的结果,寻找高效低毒的多药耐药逆转剂已成为肿瘤研究领域的热点,本文主要从ABC膜转运蛋白介导的多药耐药途径,总结近几年中药对这个经典途径的逆转作用的研究。Multidrug resistance of tumor cells is the main cause of failure of cancer chemotherapy, which mechanism is complicated and results from the multiple action of multi-step and multi-gene.Finding the highly efficient and low cytotoxic drugs has become a focus in cancer research.This paper reviewed the reversal effects of traditional Chinese medicine on ATP-binding cassette（ABC） transporter proteins-mediated tumor multidrug resistance.
