摘　　要：对杂交玉米良种毕单18父本82的雄花散粉习性进行轮回改良,通过4年8代的轮回选择,育成了41182-5的82改良系,且在制种生产上成功应用。回交育种法对改良自交系的个别缺点或转移某个目标性状是行之有效的方法。A research is carried out on improving staminate flower pollination features of parental line 82 for hybrid corn Bidan 18.4 years of retrospective selection with 8 generation has bred the improved line 82 for 41182-5, which has been applied into seed production. The Retrospective breeding method is an effective way to improve inbred lines and/or transfer certain targeted characteristic.
