二次充填补砂技术在稠油热采井的应用

摘  要:王庄油田坨82断块稠油热采井采用两步法防砂工艺,并实施区块蒸汽吞吐开发。注蒸汽过程中,高温、高压、高速的注入流体破坏了充填防砂形成的人工挡砂屏障,导致了筛套环空和近井地带严重亏空;油井投产后,地层砂及充填砂在产出液的携带下,经射孔炮眼高速喷出,刺破防砂筛管进入中心管及井筒,导致卡泵;同时,粒径较大的砂粒沉降至井底,掩埋地层,导致供液不足。在该断块40余口稠油热采井实施二次填补砂技术,注汽后将筛套环空和生产层段用充填砂充满填实,重新建立人工井壁,使流体通过径向渗流进入防砂中心管;而地层砂在经过充填砂形成的人工井壁时被阻挡下来,形成远离井筒的自然充填挡砂屏障。其中10口井的应用结果表明:补砂后,平均防砂有效期由146.9d提高至448.1d,平均日产油田2.28t/d提高至10.2t/d。Two-step sand control technology was applied in the heavy oil thermal recovery wells in Tuo82 fault block of Wangzhuang oilfield.During the production of huff and puff,high-temperature,high-pressure and high-velocity injected fluid destroyed the artificial sand retention screen formed by sand filling,which resulted in depletion at screen casing annulus and immediate vicinity of wellbore.After the oil wells were put into production,formation sand and packing sand carried by produced fluid were spurted by perforation,which resuited in stuck pump after it mauled sand control liner and entered base pipe and borehole.At the same Lime,fluid production was not enough for the sands with larger particle diameter fallen out to the bettomhole and buried the formations.Secondary sand filling technology has been successfully used on 40 thermal recovery wells.After steam injection,the screen casing annulus and flowing intervals were infilled by the packing sand.Artificial borehole wall was rebuilt that made radial-percolation fluids enter the base pipe of sand control.Thus the formation sands stop at the artificial borehole and form natural barrier far away from the well- bore.The application of ten wells among them shows that average life of sand control prolonged from 146.9d to 448.1d,and average daily oil production increased from 2.28t/d to 10.2t/d after sand packing.
