抗感合剂治疗小儿急性病毒性上呼吸道感染风热证60例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察抗感合剂治疗小儿急性病毒性上呼吸道感染风热证的有效性。方法将120例急性病毒性上呼吸道感染风热证患儿随机分为两组,观察组予抗感合剂口服,对照组予香菊感冒颗粒口服。结果观察组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组之78.33%,且抗感合剂对患儿发热等症状改善明显。结论抗感合剂是治疗小儿急性病毒性上呼吸道感染风热证的有效药物。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Kanggan Mixture in treating external wind-heat syndrome in children acute viral upper respiratory infection. Methods： 120 cases were divided randomly into two groups： the treatment group given Kanggan Mixture and the control group with Xiangjuganmao Granules. Results： The total effective rate of the treatmetn group was 65.0% . It was higher than that of the control group （96.7%）. Meanwhile, the Kanggan Mixture could improve symptoms significantly. Conclusion： Kanggan Mixture is effective in treating external wind-heat syndrome in children acute viral upper respiratory infection.
