骶髂关节注射正清风痛宁治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察骶髂关节注射正清风痛宁注射液治疗强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节炎的临床疗效。方法将患者62例随机分为治疗组32例与对照组30例,治疗组采用常规药物治疗加骶髂关节注射正清风痛宁注射液,对照组仅采用常规药物治疗;比较两组治疗前和治疗后1个月的目测类比评分(VAS法)、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)、Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数(BASDAI)、扩胸度、Schober试验、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和两组总体疗效。结果治疗组VAS和BASFI的改善情况优于对照组。结论常规药物治疗联合正清风痛宁注射液在改善强直性脊柱炎患者骶髂关节炎局部疼痛和全身功能方面较单纯常规药物治疗有着明显的优势。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Zhengqinffengtongning Injection into sacroiliac joint on treating patients with ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods： 62 AS patients were randomly divided into the treatment group, with routine therapies plus sacroiliac joint injected Zhengqingfengtongning Injection, and the control group with routine medicine only. Some indicators were compared before and after treatment including visual analog scale（VAS）, bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index（BASH）, Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index （BADAI）, chest expansion, schober＇ s test, erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）, C reactive protein（CRP） and the general efficacy. Results： The improvements of VAS and BASFI in treatment group were prior to those in control group. Conclusion： In ameliorating pain in sacroiliac joint and improving total functions of AS patients, the Zhengqingfengtongling Injection plus routine medicine is significantly better than routine treament.
