抗心磷脂抗体与反复自然流产关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨抗心磷脂抗体（ＡＣＡ）与反复自然流产（ＲＳＡ）的关系。方法：应用间接酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）法检测３２例ＲＳＡ患者血清中的ＡＣＡ，同时也测定了抗核抗体（ＡＮＡ）、抗单链ＤＮＡ（抗ｓ－ＤＮＡ）、抗双链ＤＮＡ（抗ｄｓ－ＤＮＡ）、ＲＦ、抗平滑肌抗体（抗Ｓｍ抗体）。结果：ＲＳＡ组ＡＣＡ的阳性率为３１．２５％，明显高于其他自身抗体及对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。三种类别Ｉｇ中，以ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ型ＡＣＡ检出率较高，高水平（）和中等水平（）的阳性结果占３０％（３／１０）。结论：ＡＣＡ在ＲＳＡ患者的发病中起重要作用，在临床上，ＡＣＡ可作为预测高危妇女是否流产的一种较为敏感的指标。在ＡＣＡ三类Ｉｇ中。Objective:Study on the relationship between anticardiolipin antibody (ACA)and recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Method:This paper established the indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)technigue to detect ACA in the sera of 32 patients with RSA,and ANA,anti ss DNA,anti ds DNA,RF,as well as anti Sm were measured simultaneously.Results:The positive rate of ACA in the RSA group is 31 25% which is remarkably higher than that of other autoantibodies and of the control group(P<0 01).In the three immunoglobulins (Ig),the positive rates of ACA in both IgG and IgM are relatively high,the highest intensity ()and the moderate()of ACA are 30%(10/30)totally.Conclusions:This finding suggests that there is significant correlation between the presence of ACA and RSA patients.ACA can be used clinically as a sensitive index for predicting the abortion of the highrisk women.In ACA of the three Ig classes,both IgG ACA and IgM ACA are of clinical significance.
