高校教师培养信息素养初探

摘　　要：高校教师作为培养信息化人才和进行科研创新的主导力量,其信息素质状况,对我国人才的培养质量和我国的创新水平具有重要影响。本文就高校教师信息素养的培养必要性进行分析,深入研究了信息素养的内涵和构成,提出了大力培养高校教师信息素养的四点建议。As the leading forces in cultivating information talents and carrying science and technology, college teachers have an important influence on the quality and level of innovation in our country. The paper analyzes the necessity of cultivating information literacy of college teachers and studies the contents and compositions of information literacy. Finally four proposals are made to cultivate information literacy of college teachers.
