摘　　要：伴随着我国民办教育的发展,近几年陆续出现了一些由于虚假广告宣传而引起的法律纠纷事件,这种现象暴露了我国民办教育领域内存在的一些问题和政府管理上的缺位,因此要加强政府对民办院校的信息管制,解决由于市场机制不健全和信息不对称所导致的一系列问题,努力实现民办教育面向社会传递有效的、真实的信息,规范民办教育的行为,引导民办教育的发展,从而实现规范有效的管理。With the development of China＇s private education, there have been some legal disputes because of false advertising in recent years. This phenomenon exposes the problems of China＇s private education and the government management. So it should be emphasized that the government strengthen information management of private education as well as solve some problems resulted from market mechanism＇ asymmetry to ensure effective and real information transference and normal and healthy development of private education. Therefore, effective management of private education will be achieved.
