摘　　要：磷脂酶Cγ2是B淋巴细胞分化发育信号传导中的关键分子，尤其在前BCR和BCR形成过程中起着重要的信号传导作用，它的缺陷会影响B淋巴细胞的发育成熟和B淋巴细胞功能。因而明确磷脂酶Cγ2在B淋巴细胞分化发育中的作用十分必要，有利于阐明与B淋巴细胞相关的体液免疫缺陷病的分子机制，并为临床诊治提供理论基础。Phospholipase Cγ2 is critical for B lymphocyte differentiation and development,especially for the formation of pre-B-cell receptor and B cell receptor. The deficiency of phospholipase Cγ2 affects not only B lymphocyte development but also B lymphocyte function. It is essential to known the rote of phospholipase Cγ2 in B lymphocyte differentiation and development. These data are very helpful for the undestanding of the molecular mechanism of humoral immune deficiency diseases and may reveal a potential strategy for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
