摘　　要：原发性体液免疫缺陷病是原发性免疫缺陷病（PID）中常见的一类疾病，其并发症严重威胁着患儿的健康。近年来，原发性体液免疫缺陷病逐渐受到各国医学界的重视，对原发性体液免疫缺陷病的研究也取得了巨大的成果。研究原发性体液免疫缺陷病的临床表现和病因：对指导临床诊断、治疗、改善预后有积极的意义。Primary humoral immunodeficiency disease is a common kind of primary immunodeficiency diseases （PID）with severe and fatal complications. Recently, emphasis was paid on these diseases and many important results especially on the causes of humoral immunodeficiency disease were obtained. Researches on the clinical manifestations and etiology may provide potential strategy for the clinical diagnosis, treatmept and for the amelioration of the prognosis.
