摘  要:为获取钢丝缠绕预应力挤压筒温度场与其冷却系统之间的关系,本文定义了反映挤压筒与冷却水之间热量关系、温度关系以及冷却水管位置的特征参量:热量比、温度比、半径比。基于数值模拟方法,系统地对挤压筒与冷却水之间的共轭流/固传热过程进行分析,得出了温差比与热量比及半径比之间的关系,进而推导出钢丝缠绕预应力挤压筒与钢丝层接触处平均温度与水流速度、冷却水管位置、个数及半径之间的关系,研究所得到的关系和规律对钢丝缠绕预应力挤压筒结构及其冷却系统的设计具有重要指导意义。In order to acquire the relationship between the temperature field and its cooling system of the pre-stressed wire-winding extrusion cylinder, the terms of "heat rate ratio", "temperature ratio" and "radius ratio" have been defined. The conjugate heat transferring process between extrusion cylinder and cooling water has been analyzed on the basis of numerical simulation method. The relationship among the three terms has been acquired. The relationship among average temperature at the place where the pre-stressed wire-winding extrusion cylinder contacts the wire layer, and the water flow rate, cooling pipe's position, quantity & radius has been obtained. The relationships and the rules have important significance in designing the pre-stressed wire-winding extrusion cylinder and its cooling system.
