高效液相色谱法测定复方乙酰水杨酸片中游离水杨酸含量

摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定复方乙酰水杨酸片中游离水杨酸的含量。方法色谱柱:DiamonsilTM C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:1%冰醋酸溶液-甲醇(35∶65);流速:1mL/min;检测波长:300nm;柱温:30℃。结果水杨酸在1～7μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为99.89%,RSD为1.09%(n=6)。结论本法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,重复性好,可用于游离水杨酸的含量测定。Aim To establish a method for the determination of free salicylic acid in compound aspirin tablets by HPLC.Methods The DiamonsilTMC18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）was adopted.The mobile phase was a mixture of 1% glacial acetic acid solution-methanol（35∶65）and the flow rate was 1mL/min.The detection wavelength was 300nm.The temperature was set at 30℃.Results The calibration curve showed good linear relationship in the range of 1～7μg·mL-1（r =0.999 6）.The mean recovery was 99.89%,and RSD was 1.09%（n=6）.Conclusion The method can be applied to quantitative determination of free salicylic acid in compound aspirin tablets.The result is accurate and reproducible.
