摘 要:稠油是石油烃类资源中的重要组成部分,我国有丰富的稠油资源,现已在中国东部和西部的15个大中型含油盆地发现稠油油田,占石油资源总量的20%以上,稠油产量已占原油总产量的10%以上。目前国内外稠油开采最常用、最成功的方法是热采(蒸汽吞吐、热水驱、火烧油层等),In accordance with the characteristics of the lower level of reserve recovery [high temperature and high salt content (especially Ca2+ /Mg2+ )], in the faulted block 109-1 of the Dagang Oilfield, a suitable viscosity reducer, capable of forming proper stably O/W emulsion and obtaining viscosity reducing rate reaching higher than 97%, in the case of mass ratio of water to oil greater than 3∶7 and dosage of reducer more than 1000mg/L, has been developed, and existence of viscosity reducer in the produced liquid does not affect demulsification and dehydration of recovery. The core flood experiments show that oil displacement system containing 0.1% of viscosity reducer can enhance oil recovery by 22.88% compared with water flooding, and prove that decreasing viscosity of viscous crude by reducer can improve the oil-water mobility ratio, enhance sweep efficiency and oil recovery significantly.
