摘 要:采用改良烟熏法复制大鼠慢性支气管炎模型,研究浓百合剂对实验性大鼠慢性支气管炎治疗作用的内在机制。实验动物随机分为模型对照组、浓百合剂高剂量组、浓百合剂中剂量组、浓百合剂低剂量组、地塞米松组及不加处理的空白对照组。造模各组分别灌胃口服高(1.15g.ml-1)、中(0.575g.ml-1)、低(0.2875g.ml-1)剂量的浓百合剂、地塞米松(10.27mg.ml-1)和生理盐水(0.9%NaCl),测定各组大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和内皮素(ET)的含量。结果:浓百合剂低、中、高剂量组及地塞米松组、模型对照组、空白对照组的TNF和ET平均含量分别为1.397ng.ml-1,64.993 ng.ml-1;1.342ng.ml-1,63.005 ng.ml-1;1.120ng.ml-1,60.565 ng.ml-1;1.108ng.ml-1,60.135 ng.ml-1;1.443ng.ml-1,103.257 ng.ml-1;1.056ng.ml-1,60.088 ng.ml-1。模型组大鼠血清中TNF和ET的含量均较空白组明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组相比较,治疗各组血清中TNF和ET含量均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。浓百合剂通过降低血清中的TNF和ET含量来控制炎症反应。In order to investigate the internal mechanism of Nongbai mixture on treating chronic bronchitis rats ,the animal model of chronic bronchitis with refined smoking-fumigated method was used. The rats were randomly divided into model group,low dose group of Nongbai mixture,middle dose group of Nongbai mixture,high dose group of Nongbai mixture,Dexamethasone group and normal blank control group. Orally administrated with high(1.15g·ml^-1) ,middle(0. 575g·ml^-1) and low(0. 2875g·ml^-1) dose Nongbai mixture as well as Dexamethasone (10.27mg·ml^-1) and 0.9 % NS, the contents of TNF and ET in sera were determined. The TNF and ET contents of low dose group of Nongbai mixture, middle dose group of Nongbai mixture, high dose group of Nongbai mixture, Dexamethasone group, model group and normal blank control group were 1.397ng·ml^-1,64.993ng·ml^-1; 1.342ng·ml^-1 1,63. 005ng·ml^-1;1.120ng·ml^-1,60.565ng ·ml^-1;1.108ng·ml^-1 1,60. 135 ng·ml^-1;1.443ng·ml^-1,103.257 ng·ml^-1 ;1.056ng·ml^-1, 60. 088 ng·ml^-1 respectively. The contents of TNF and ET in sera of the model group were significantly higher than that of the normal group ( P 〈0.01). Comparing with the model group, the contents of TNF and ET in the sera of each treating group were significantly reduced ( P〈 0.05 or P〈0.01). Nongbai mixture could control chronic inflammatory reaction by reducing the contents of TNF and ET.
