摘　　要：介绍了茂名石化炼油胺液系统存在热稳盐浓度高和胺液损耗大等问题,分析了胺液热稳盐的成因及造成胺液损耗大的原因,通过新增设胺液净化设备、脱硫塔和旋分器等技术改造,以及强化管理等,胺液系统热稳盐质量分数从5.84%降低至目前2.24%,效果显著。The problems existed in the amine system of Maoming refinery such as higher concentration of heat-stable salts and are introduced. The origin heat-stable salts and causes of bigger amine losses are analyzed. Through adding new amine liquid purifier and the cyclone, reforming the desulfurization tower, strengthening the management and so on, concentration of heat-stable salts in the amine system reduces to 2.24 % from 5.84 %, the effect is remarkable.
