摘　　要：介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司九江分公司实施ERP所带来的成效,指出该公司ERP在运行中存在的问题,针对问题提出相应的优化措施。The article introduces the achievements brought by implementing ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) in Sinopec Jiujiang Company,points out the existing problems of Sinopec Jiujiang Company's ERP in operation and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures aiming at the problems.
