摘　　要：本文从公募基金与专户理财的区别入手,结合现有关于利益输送的研究成果,认为如果防范措施不到位,利益输送行为是很可能出现的。要防范利益输送行为,关键是完善法律法规,建立防火墙,强化声誉机制。Based on the current literature on tunneling, this paper compares public funds with managed account, and concludes that if there are not proper measures in place, the probability of tunneling is very high. To prevent tunneling, the key polices lie in perfecting legislation, setting up firewall and intensifying reputation mechanism.
