摘  要:为揭示低温锻炼下菊花生理变化特点及特异性表现,以切花菊(Chrysanthemum morifolium)秋白菊叶片为试验试材,在4℃下对其进行5 h的低温锻炼,然后在-5℃下分别进行0,0.5,1,3和5 h不同时间的低温胁迫。通过对其相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸含量及5′-核苷酸酶、过氧化物歧化酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的测定,研究了低温锻炼对菊花抗寒性的诱导。结果表明,低温锻炼的菊花叶片相对电导率及MDA含量比对照减小,而脯氨酸含量、SOD和5′-核苷酸酶活性比对照增加,说明低温锻炼在一定程度上提高了菊花植株的抗寒性。To investigate the effects of cold acclimation on the cold tolerance, the leaves of chrysanthemum ( Chrysanthemum morifolium) were treated at 4 ℃ for 5 hours, and then the changes of electrolytic leakage, content of malondialdehyde level (MDA), soluble protein, proline and activity of 5'-nucleotidase, superoxide dismutase (SOD)and peroxidase (POD)were measured after low temperature stress with different times (0.5- 5 h).The results showed that the electrolytic leakage and the content of MDA in leaves treated with cold acclimation were lower than those of non-treated, the contents of proline and the activities of SOD and 5'-nucleotidase kept higher levels compared with those of controls. The results indicated that the cold tolerance of chrysanthemum was improved by cold acclimation treatment.
