纳米蒙脱石替代氧化锌对断奶仔猪血清生化指标及粪中锌含量的影响

摘　　要：为研究纳米蒙脱石替代氧化锌对仔猪部分血清生化指标和粪中锌残留的影响,试验选取84头体重相近长大二元杂断奶仔猪,按体重和性别将其随机分为3个组,每组4个重复,每个重复7头(公母比例为4∶3)。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组Ⅰ(氧化锌组)和试验组Ⅱ(纳米蒙脱石组)分别在基础日粮中添加3000 mg/kg氧化锌和3000 mg/kg纳米蒙脱石。试验期为28 d。结果表明,在试验第14天和28天时添加纳米蒙脱石血清锌浓度比氧化锌组分别降低53.10%和45.31%(P<0.05),粪锌含量分别降低69.61%和67.89%(P<0.05),血清碱性磷酸酶活性(Alkaline phos-phatase,AKP)分别降低36.03%和48.99%(P<0.05),而对血清尿素氮(Serum urea nitrogen,SUN)、血清总蛋白(Total protein,TP)和血糖(Glucose,GLU)无明显影响。To investigate the effect of adding nano-montmorillonite（nano-MMT）instead of zinc oxide on the physio- biochemical parameters of serum and the zinc level of feces in weanling piglets, eighty four landrace large white cross weanling piglets with similar weight were selected and were randomly divided into three groups according to their weights and sexes. Each group contained four replicates and each replicate contained seven piglets with four males and three females. The control group Was fed with basal diet, and the treatment Ⅰ and Ⅱ were fed with basal diet plus 3 000 mg/kg zinc oxide or 3 000 mg/kg nano-MMT,separately,which lasted for 28 days. The results showed that,compared to treatment Ⅰ ,the zinc concentration of serum was reduced by 53.10% and 45.31% respectively（ P 〈 0.05） ,the zinc content of feces was reduced by 69.61% and 67.89% respectively（ P 〈 0.05）,and the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase was reduced by 36.03 % and 48.99 % respectively（ P 〈 0.05） for treatment Ⅱ at 14th and 28th day. But treatment Ⅰ and Ⅱ had no significant difference in serum urea nitrogen, total protein and glucose.
