摘　　要：通过广泛调查,阐述了我国船舶配套业发展的现状,分析了我国船舶配套业存在的问题及阻碍其发展的因素。指出船舶配套业是我国船舶行业发展的瓶颈,船舶配套业的发展急需一套先进的管理模式。This paper discusses the current state of China ship equipment industry, and analyses the problems of this industry based on widely investigation. It finds that this industry is a block of shipbuilding industry. A new management pattern should be applied to promote the ship equipment industry.
