摘 要:详述了烤烟抗旱品种选育的必要性和意义,并分别从抗旱性遗传、抗旱性鉴定指标、抗旱性的综合评价、抗旱相关基因的定位和分子标记辅助选择、抗旱遗传育种策略以及分子生物技术在抗旱遗传改良中的运用等6个方面对烟草及其它作物国内外抗旱研究的现状和趋势进行了综述,最后提出了烤烟抗旱品种选育的程序和方法,即首先确定抗旱评价指标和确立抗旱综合鉴定体系,接着研究抗旱性遗传规律并筛选抗旱种质,最后培育抗旱优质新品种以及对新品种的配套技术研究及推广应用。In this paper, the necessity and significance of tobacco breeding for drought resistance were reviewed, along with the present situation and advances of drought-resistance research on tobacco and other crops involving the drought-resistance genes, identification of drought indicators, drought resistance of a comprehensive evaluation of the positioning of drought-related genes and molecular marker-assisted selection, genetics and breeding strategies and molecular biology in drought resistance improvement. At last, procedure and method for tobacco breeding of drought-resistance were put forward: First of all, drought evaluation to determine and establish drought general appraisal system, and then study the inheritance of drought resistance and drought resistance germplasm screening; finally, cultivating high-quality new varieties of drought and exploring new kinds of supporting technology for research and application.
