摘  要:[目的]探讨正己烷的雌性性腺毒性及其机制。[方法]对雌性Wistar大鼠给予3种剂量正己烷(162 mg/kg、566 mg/kg和1 980 mg/kg)腹腔注射染毒,1次/d,每周5 d,持续7周观察大鼠动情周期变化。测定大鼠动情期血清中激素FSH、LH、E2和P含量,观察子宫、卵巢脏器系数以及子宫内膜腔上皮厚度。[结果]随着染毒剂量的增大,大鼠均不同程度地出现动情期的延长。与对照组相比,卵巢脏器系数升高。各剂量组子宫内膜腔上皮厚度与对照组相比降低。各剂量组大鼠血清FSH、LH、E2和P水平与对照组类似。[结论]正己烷能引起明显的雌性性腺毒性,卵巢是其毒作用的重要靶器官之一。[Objective] To explore female gonad toxicity of n-Hexane in rats. [Methods] Wistar rats were given n- Hexane with 3 doses (162 mg/kg,566 mg/kg and 1 980 mg/kg) for 7 weeks (5 days/week,daily) and the estrus cycles were observed, the changes of serum FSH, LH,P,E2 in rat estrus were measured. The organ coefficients of uterus,ovary and the thickness of enclometrial gland epithelial ceils were measured. [Results] As exposure does increasing,the time of estrus was delayed to certain extend. The ratio of ovary to body weight in high does group was increased significantly with comparison to control group. The thickness of endometrial gland epithelial cells was decreased significantly compared to control. But there was no difference of serum hormone level among each group. [Conclusion] It was suggested that the ovary may he an important target of n- Hexane effect,causing the adverse effect on female-gonad.
