摘　　要：在进行颞颌关节成形术的实验中，以猪为实验动物，成功地为动物实施了无气管插管的持续静脉点滴复合全身麻醉，取得了良好的麻醉及实验效果，证明该麻醉方法具有效果肯定、安全、诱导及苏醒快、操作及管理方便、并发症少等优点。As an economical and practical experimental animal, pig is extensively used in many fields of surgery. Documentation only introduces local anesthesia and intracheal inhaling general anesthesia of pig. In the experiment of TMJ arthroplasty, taking pig as experimental animal, we successfully conducted continuous venous infusion compound general anesthesia of pig without dracheal tabulation, and obtained good anesthetic and experimental effects. The result proved that this anesthetic method has certainly effect and many advantages such as safety,quick induction and arousal,convenient operation and management,less complication. So it is applicable to most of the surgiological operations of pig.
