摘　　要：机械制图是机械类专业学生必修的工程图样,是一门重要的专业技术基础课.国家教育部组织编写的国家"十一五"规划教材《机械制图》和《机械制图习题集》是为了满足21世纪对人才培养的需要,着眼培养学生创新能力,在机械制图教材方面树一面旗帜.编者本着"科学性、思想性、先进性、适应性"原则,把大量机械工程中常见的实例引入课堂教学,精选了本学科的传统内容和新知识,给机械制图教学改革带来了新的突破.这是一套具有科学性、先进性、实用性和权威性的教材,对普通高等教育的进一步改革和发展将产生积极而深远的意义和影响.＂Mechanical Drawing＂ is engineering drawings of mechanical major, and it is also an important basic course of specialized technology. ＂Mechanical Drawing＂ and ＂Mechanical Drawing Exercises＂ are the ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂ Teaching Materials organized by the Ministry of Education. The main purpose of these two materials is to meet the requirements for training talents in the 21st century and focus on training innovation ability of students, which will set an example for the mechanical drawing. In these materials, the authors introduce a large number of common examples of mechanical engineering and select traditional contents and new knowledge and apply the scientific, ideological, advanced and adaptive principles, which brings out a new breakthrough in the teaching reform of mechanical drawing. These materials are scientific, advanced and authoritative and will have a significant effect on the further reform and development of regular higher education.
