摘　　要：通过对高校实验室情况的研究,就各类实验室的开放形式、开放内容、开放管理模式以及实验室开放过程中出现的问题进行了深入分析探讨,结合北京交通大学实验室管理工作实际,在加强实验室开放管理,促进创新型人才培养方面进行了有益地实践与探索。Through the research on the conditions of university s laboratory,this article analyzed and discussed the issues on the forms,contents and models of open management and the questions produced in the process of opening of laboratory.The article investigated the cases of lab management of Beijing Jiaotong University and made practices and explorations in strengthening lab open management and promoting innovative talents fostering.
