摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法测定发酵液中美伐他汀和普伐他汀含量。色谱柱为Ｎｏｖａ－ＰａｋＣ１８，流动相为甲醇－水－乙酸－三乙胺（体积比７５２５１１），检测波长为２３６ｎｍ。方法简便、快速。相关物质的回收率为９８．４８％～１０１．９０％，ＲＳＤ为０．８９％～２．９％。A quick PR-HPLC method for the determination of mevastatin and pravastatin in fermentation broth has been developed. The analytical column was NovaPak C18, the mobile phase was methnol-water-acetic acid-triethyl amine. Isocratic mode was employed. The detection wavelength was 236nm. The detection limits for these substances were less than 0.01 mg/ml. The average recoveries and RSD were 98.48%-101.90%, 0.89%-2.9% respectively. Precision and linearity of the method are satisfactory for fermentation broth analysis.
