解毒通络保肾胶囊对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏MCP-1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究解毒通络保肾胶囊对链脲菌素糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾组织中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)表达的影响。方法:以链脲菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠为动物模型,采用免疫组化及RT-PCR技术检测各组肾小球中MCP-1的表达水平。结果:解毒通络保肾胶囊能明显改善糖尿病大鼠一般状态,降低尿蛋白,改善肾功能,减少肾小球中MCP-1蛋白及基因表达。结论:解毒通络保肾胶囊的肾保护作用可能与减少肾小球中激活的MCP-1表达,减轻肾组织中单核巨噬细胞(ED-1)浸润有关。Objective：To study the effect of JieDu TongLuo BaoShen Capsule on the monocyte chemoattractant protein White-1（MCP-1） expression in the renal tissue of streptozotocin-induced Diabetic rats.Methods：Taking streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats as animal models,using immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR to investigate MCP-1 expression levels of each group in glomerular.Results：JieDu TongLuo BaoShen Capsule can significantly improve the general state of diabetic rats,reduce urinary protein,improve renal function and decrease the MCP - 1 protein and gene expression in glomemlar. Conclusion：The protective effect of JieDu TongLuo BaoShen Capsule may be relative to the decreation of MCP- 1 expression in glomendar, as well as monocyte maerophages （ED- 1 ） infiltration in the renal tissue.
