摘  要:目的:探索中药草苁蓉提取物对β淀粉样蛋白(β-AP)所致AD模型大鼠的脑内乙酰胆碱(Ach)含量、乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性的影响。方法:将60只健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和中药高、中、低剂量组。采用Aβ1-40建立AD模型,中药组予以草苁蓉提取物按高、中、低3种不同剂量灌胃治疗,于治疗后检测各组海马和皮质部位Ach、ChAT及AchE的含量或活性。结果:与模型组相比,中药组Ach含量和ChAT活性升高(P<0.01),而TchE活性降低(P<0.01)。结论:中药草苁蓉提取物能提高AD模型大鼠脑内ChAT活性,抑制AchE活性,从而增加脑内Ach含量。Objective:to investigate the impact of Boschniakia rossica extract on acetylcholine(Ach) content,acetylcholine transferase(ChAT) and acetylcholinesterase(AchE) activity in the β-amyloid protein(β-AP)-induced model rats brain.Methods: 60 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham group,the model group and the group of traditional Chinese medicine with high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose.To adopt Aβ 1-40 to establish the AD model,give the traditional Chinese medicine groups to oraladministration three different treatment dose Boschniakia rossica extract:high, medium and low dose. After the treatment to test the content of Ach, activity of ChAT and AchE in the cortex and hippocampus of all groups. Results : Compared with the model group, the content of Ach and ChAT activity of traditional Chinese medicine group were increased ( P 〈 0.01 ), while the AchE activity were reduced (P 〈 0.01 ). Concision: The Boschniakia rossica extract can improve ChAT activity in AD rats, decrease Ache activity, thereby increase the content of Ach in the brain.
