中医药治疗类风湿性关节炎文献诊疗标准的现状与评价  

The Situation and Estimate of Literature Diagnosis and Treat Criterion about the Tradition Chinese Medicinal Treatment in Rheumatoid Arthritis

摘　　要：检索了1988-2008年有关中医药治疗类风湿性关节炎临床研究方面的文献共371篇,其中有疗效标准者223篇,在223篇中应用最多的国家疗效标准为1988第一届全国中西医结合风湿类疾病学术会议修订的诊疗标准共41篇,其次是卫生部1993年《中药新药临床研究指导原则》45篇,而更多的为自拟疗效标准,共86篇。因此,尽快建立中医药治疗类风湿性关节炎的诊疗标准势在必行。Author search 371 clinical research literatures about the tradition Chinese medicinal treatment in rheumatoid arthritis from 1988 to 2008 and find that 223 literatures use the curative effect standards. In 223 literatures, the most widely used national curative effect standard is that the ministry of health release the ＂new drug clinical guiding principle about TCM＂ in 1993 and 45 literatures are found use it. Second,41 literatures are found use the revised diagnoses and curative effect standards in the first national traditional Chinese and western medicine symposium on rheumatoid diseases in 1988. Besides, 86 literatures are found use the self-made curative effect standard. Therefore, it is more important that the diagnosis and curative effect standard is established about the tradition Chinese medicinal treatment in rheumatoid arthritis.
