摘 要:利用基因重组技术获得的生技霉素对胚胎影响的研究结果表明,生技霉素经口服给药的三个剂量组和阳性对照环磷酰胺组小鼠孕鼠体重均未受明显影响,但环磷酰胺组吸收胎率和死胎率明显增加,活胎率减少,环磷酰胺对胎鼠有明显致畸作用(P<0.001)。生技霉素大剂量对胚胎有一定毒性,所致吸收胎比阴性对照有所增加。Shengjimycin is a product of gene recombination technology. The study of its effect on mice embryo indicated that, after oral administraion of shengjimycin in doses of 0, 10, 200 and 1000 mg/kg body weight (10 mg/kg cyclophosphamidum used as the positive control given intraperitoneally), there was no significant influence on the body weights in all the animal groups. But cyclophosphamidum could induce significant increases of resorptions and mortuary embryos. It also decreased the number of viable embryos and deformed embryos significantly (P<0.001). Shengjimycin in dose of 1000 mg/kg had some toxicity to embryos. The number of resorpted embryos in this group was more than the negative control. But there was no signficant deforming effect on mice embryo in any doses.
