舌苔上皮细胞凋亡与厌食症患儿舌苔变化的研究及药物干预作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨厌食患儿舌苔上皮细胞凋亡及运脾中药的干预作用。方法:采用原位末端标记(TUNEL)法检测厌食患儿舌苔上皮细胞凋亡水平。结果:厌食症患儿各组治疗前与正常组的凋亡指数差异有显著性(P<0.05),而各组治疗后与正常组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:证实了厌食症患儿舌苔异常改变(厚腻苔或花剥苔)与舌苔上皮细胞凋亡程度呈相关性,也证实了运脾化湿中药可调控其相应的变化。Objective ： To observe the effect of TCM activating spleen treatment and the tongue cells apoptosis of children with anorexia. Methods ： The apoptosis of tongue cells of children with anorexia wad detected by TUNEL in situ cell apoptosis detection technology. Results：The difference of apoptosis index（AI） was significant not only between the children before and after treatment, but also between the children with anorexia before treatment and the normal children. However the difference was not significant after treatment. Conclusions：The changes of tongue cells（ muskeg tongue ceils or map tongue cells） were related to the apoptosis level of tongue cells of children with anorexia, and TCM activating spleen treatment could regulate the apoptosis.
