摘  要:目的:探讨一氧化氮合酶(NOS)抑制剂对大鼠液压脑损伤后神经行为的影响。方法:大鼠在液压脑创伤后给予不同剂量的L-硝基-精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)和L-精氨酸后,检测脑组织中NOS的活性,并观察大鼠神经行为的变化。结果:L-NAME(8mg/kg)延迟神经行为的恢复,L-NAME(40mg/kg)可明显抑制NOS活性、降低皮质血流量,加重神经行为的损害。Objective: To investigate the effect of nitric oxide synthase inhibitors L-nitro-arginine-methyl- ester (L-NAME) on the neural behavior deficit of rats after fluid percussion brain injury. Methods: The rats neural behavior deficit was observed after various doses of L-NAME and L-arginine (300 mg/kg) were given to rats following fluid percussion brain injury. The activity of nitric oxide synthase was also assayed. Results: L-Arginine did not alter the neural behavior deficit. L-NAME (8 mg/kg) delayed the recovery of rat neural behavior, L-NAME (40 mg/kg) significantly inhibited the activity of nitric oxide synthase and did damage to rat neural behavior compared to the control group. Conclusion: Nitric oxide synthase plays an important role in rat secondary injuries following fluid percussion brain trauma.
