摘  要:[目的]利用RAPD技术检测石斛兰品种的遗传变异性。[方法]以4个母本园石斛兰品种和1个试管苗品种为材料,经DNA提取后,采用10 bp随机引物进行RAPD检测其遗传变异性。[结果]绿意(Den.Burana Green)和粉红钻石(Den.Pink Thamond)2个母本园品种未发现变异,熊猫(Den.BigPanda)和泰国白(Den.Thailand White)2个母本园品种变异率分别为3.3%和23.3%;红索尼娅(Den.Red Sonia)试管苗变异率为10.9%。[结论]建立了石斛兰品种遗传变异的RAPD检测技术。[ Objective ] The aim of research was to detect the genetic variation of Dendrobium by RAPD molecular marker. [ Method ] With 4 different varieties of Dendrobium and 1 variety in vitro as materials, after DNA extraction, 10 bp random primers was used for RAPD detection of genetic variation: [ Result ] "Burana Green" and "Pink Thamond" 2 varieties not found genetic variation; the genetic variation rate of "Big-Panda" was 3.3%, the genetic variation rate of "Thailand White" was 23.3%; the genetic variation rate of "Red Sonia" in vitro was 10.9%. [ Conservation] RAPD detection technology of genetic variation for Dendrobium was established.
