摘 要:[目的]为了从核酸序列水平上分析2个山羊线粒体DNA Cytb基因的遗传多样性及系统发生地位。[方法]对贵州白山羊及马头山羊2个山羊品种,共计27个个体mtDNA Cytb基因片段进行测序分析和比较。[结果]26条山羊的Cytb基因序列均为1140bp的同源基因序列;总共发现12个变异住点,观察到10种单倍型;2个山羊品种中单倍型多样性为0.635%-0.889%,核苷酸多样度为0.189%~0.253%。[结论]2个山羊品种线粒体DNA遗传多态性为中等;贵州白山羊与湖南马头山羊同起源于胃石山羊。[ Objective ] The genetic diversity of the cytochrome b gene of two goats: Guizhou white goat and Matou goat, was analyzed at nucleic acid sequence was analyzed to study its systematic position. [ Method ] The sequence of 27 cytochrome b gene fragments of the different individuals two goats were detected and compared. [ Results] The length of the sequence of 26 cytochrome bgene fragments of the different individuals two goats all was both 1140 bp and the homologous gene. Total of 12 variant sites and 10 haploid types were observed. The diversity haploid type was 0.635% - 0.889% and the diversity of nucleic acid was 0. 189% - 0.253%. [ Conclusion ] The genetic polymorphism of mitoehondrial DNA of two goats was with the middle level. Guizhou white goat and Hunan Matou goat were the same originated from Weishi goat.
