摘 要:[目的]研究NaCl胁迫对不同玉米品种种子萌发特性的影响。[方法]采用不同浓度的NaCl溶液对7个玉米品种种子进行盐胁迫处理,测定玉米的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数。[结果]NaCl盐胁迫下,7个玉米品种种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数均随着NaCl浓度增加呈下降趋势,且不同品种下降程度不同,但低浓度下(30 mmol/L以下)的发芽率和发芽势均高于对照。7个玉米品种中,搪502和柬埔寨1号耐盐性最强,品种Sweet09、GD0612、泰国糯米和云南10号耐盐性居中,SYN(F9)耐盐性最差。[结论]为玉米种质资源评价和设施抗盐栽培提供理论依据。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effect of NaCl stress on germination characteristic of corn seed. [ Method ] Seven corn varieties were treated with NaCl of different concentration. And the germination rate, germination energy and germination index were determined. [ Result] The result showed that the germination rate, the germination energy and the germination index of seven varieties were declined with the increasing of the concentration, and the drop degree of different variety was different. But under the low concentration ( less than 30 mmol/L), the germination rate and the germination energy were higher than control. The resistance of tang502 and jianfuzail hao against salt were the best, Sweet09, GD0612, the Thai glutinous rice and Yunnan10hao were in the middle, and SYN( F9 ) was the worst. [Conclusion] The study can provide the theoretical basis for the appraisal of corn germplasm resources and the protected cultivation with resistance salt.
