东湖区人群死因监测存在问题分析及对策探讨

摘　　要：死因监测结果可以直接反映一个地区的卫生和居民健康状况,同时也间接映射出该地区经济、文化及其他生物物理因素对这一状况的影响。基于死因监测的重要性和社会性,国家于2005年在网络直报信息管理系统中开展了因病死因监测,南昌市东湖区作为全国死因监测点,在全区开展了全人群死因监测,从监测过程和结果来看,我区死因监测工作还存在一些问题,影响了监测质量,主要问题为:(1)死亡名单漏报;(2)医疗机构未按死亡登记表中的信息要求认真填写;(3)社区服务站的医生对死亡原因的认识不够。原因主要为人口流动性大;各个部门协调不够;临床医师对国际统计分类ICD-10的不熟悉及调查人员的责任心不够。因此要做到死亡不漏报,死因不误报,保证死因统计资料的准确性,可靠性必须做到提高认识,建立各项工作制度,加强配合,明确工作任务,针对问题,加强培训。The results of monitoring the cause of death could be a direct reflection of the region＇s health and the health of residents, and indirectly reflect the influence of the regional eeonomie, cultural; other biological and physical factors on the situation. Based on the importance and social of monitoring death, cause, in 2005 our country carried out the monitoring of death due to illness in Direct Network Reported Information Management System. Donghu area of Nanchang Ci~＇ was as a monitoring place, in which population-wide monitoring of the cause of death was carried out. From the process and results of monitoring, there are some problems that affecting the qualities of monitoring in otw region. The main problems are ： （ I ） the omissions of death list; （2） the information are not carefully filled in death registration forms according to request by workers of medical institutions; （3） the doctors of community service station lack the awareness to the cause of death. The main reasons are： the large mobility of the population; lack of coordination of the various departments; clinicians are not fa- miliar to ICD - 10 of the international statistical classification and the investigators lack the sense of responsibihty. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy, rehabili~＇ of the death statistics, it must raise awareness and establish system of work and strengthen co-ordination and clear the task, find the issue and enhance the training, only in this way, the death are not omit- ted, the causes of death are not mistakenly reported.
