DiaSys FE-2粪便工作站与粪便直接涂片镜检比对研究

摘　　要：[目的]评价DiaSys FE-2粪便分析工作站与直接涂片镜检法两种方法的临床应用价值。[方法]对1262份粪便标本用直接涂片镜检法和FE-2工作站法进行肠道寄生虫、细胞、酵母样菌、脂肪球检查,比较这两种方法的检出效率。[结果]FE-2工作站法较直接涂片镜检法虫卵检出率提高2.69倍,水样便细胞检出率提高1.75倍,半稀便、粘液便、软便带粘液便细胞检出率及酵母样菌检出率基本一致,直接涂片镜检法较FE-2工作站法稀便细胞检出率提高1.45倍,脂肪球直接涂片镜检法较FE-2工作站法检出率提高24.41倍。[结论]FE-2工作站对于检出寄生虫及细胞明显优于直接涂片镜检法,而直接涂片镜检法在脂肪球检出率上比FE-2工作站法明显优越,所以在临床粪便检验工作中应根据不同临床要求选择合理的检测方法.[Objective] To evaluate clinical applications of the 2 methodsi DiaSys FE-2 workstation and direct micro- scopic analysis of feces smear. [Methods] 1 262 copies of stool specimens were examined by direct microscopic examination and FE-2 workstation method for intestinal parasites, cells, yeast-like fungus, oil globules, and compared the detection rate of the two methods. [ Results] The worm egg detection rate of FE-2 workstation was 2.69 times more than that of direct micro- scopic examination. The cell detection rate of watery stool was 1.75 times more than that of direct microscopic examination. The cells detection rates of loose stool and half-loose stool, mucus stool, soft stool were close to the detection rate of yeast-like fun- gus .The loose stool cells detection rate of direct microscopic examination was 1.45 times more than that of the FE-2 workstation. The oil globule detection rate of direct microscopic examination was 24.41 times more than that of the FE-2 workstation. [conclusion] The effect of FE-2 workstation for the detection of parasites and ceils is much better than that of direct microscopic analysis of feces smear, and the oil globule detection effect of direct microscopic examination is much better than that ofthe FE- 2 workstation. The stool test in clinical work should be selected according to the requirements of different chnical detection.
