摘　　要：[目的]结合中国国情考察TecraTM沙门菌快速检测试剂盒的质量并对试剂盒应用效果进行评价。[方法]用多种沙门菌标准菌株考察TecraTM沙门菌快速检测试剂盒的准确度、用加标回收测定试剂盒的检测限、用标准非沙门菌株测定其特异度、以国标法作为参考,用实际样品考察该试剂盒的灵敏度和特异度。[结果]TecraTM沙门菌快速检测试剂盒对中国常见的37个不同血清型别的沙门菌检测的准确度为100%;检测限达到1cfu/25g样品;对10种非沙门菌的检测中,其特异度为100%,并呈现良好的可重复性;对370份实样检测显示。[结论]该试剂盒的灵敏度为100%,特异度为99.59%。[Objective] To examine the quality and evaluate the application of TecraTM kit for rapid Salmonella detection according to the standard method of China, [Methods] The veracity of the kit was examined by using different Salmonella stan- dard strains, the sensibility was determined using recovery of standard addition and the specificity was inspected through non- salmonella standard strains, as weU as the false positive and negative rate were ascertained by comparing to the National Stan- dards. [ Results] The detection veracity of TectaTM kit for 37 different common Salmonella serotypes in China was 100%, the sensibility reached 1 cfu/25g sample, the specificity for 10 non＇Salmonella strains was 100%, and the repeatabihty was well observed in the experiment. [ Conclusion] The natural sample tests show that the sensitivity, rate and the specificity rate are 100% and 99.59% respectively.
