摘　　要：生态旅游资源是开展生态旅游的载体,是生态旅游得以持续发展的前提和基础。随着生态旅游在我国的迅速发展,生态旅游资源被破坏的现象也日趋严重。如何对生态旅游资源进行有效的保护,使生态旅游的可持续发展得到有效的保障,自然就成为学者们关注的热点问题。生态旅游是一种与当地居民联系密切的旅游形式,因此,生态旅游资源要得到有效的保护就需要当地居民积极参与。在我国生态旅游法律体系并不健全的情形下,村规民约作为一种得到当地居民认可的,并且能行之有效的行为规范体系,对于生态旅游资源的保护应该是一种可行的选择。The eco-tourism resources are the carrier which the eco-tourism developded,and are the sustained development premise and the foundation of. the ecotourism. Along with the eco-tourism rapidly expand in our country＇s, the phenomenon which the eco-tourism resources were destroied is been also serious day buy day. It is the hot topic how to carry on the effective protection to the eco-tourism resources, enables the sustainable development obtain the effective safeguard in the eco-tourism, that the scholars pay attention. The eco-tourism is one kind of travel which relates with the local resident close, therefore, the eco- tourism resources want obtain the effective protection need the local resident to participation positively. The village rules and civilian regulations were standards system which obtain the local resident to approve and can the effective behavior. So it is a feasible choice for the eco-tourism resources protection when our country eco-tourism legal framework not perfect situation.
