大獭蛤苗种池塘中间培育试验

摘　　要：2002年9月至2003年4月,在广西海洋研究所古城基地进行大獭蛤(Lutmria maxima Jonas)苗种池塘中间培育试验。试验在铺沙的池塘里进行,放养的大獭蛤苗种规格为壳长0.2～0.8mm,大獭蛤稚贝饵料为施肥繁殖的浮游藻类,以大部分大獭蛤稚贝壳长达到2cm为出苗标准。结果表明,在水温为20～30℃、盐度为20‰以上,放苗量为375万粒/公顷的条件下,大獭蛤稚贝经过45～60d即可以培育成壳长为2cm左右的大规格苗种。The pond culture was studied on juvenile shellfish of Lutraria maxima Jonas. The experiments were conducted in the ponds at Guangxi insititute of oceanography from September 2002 to April 2003. Through stocking juvenile shellfish with 0. 2 ~ 0. 8mm length in sanded ponds, method of fertilization reproduction phytoplankton as juveniles bait was adopted. The results indicated, in the condition that water temperature is 20~30℃, salinity is more than 20%0 and the density of juvenile shellfish is 375 × 10^4/hm2 ,the juvenile shellfish could grow into large- scale seed that shell length is about 2cm after rearing 454 60d.
