摘　　要：随着我国电子政务建设的飞速发展,网络病毒已经成为威胁电子政务信息安全的主要因素,传统的防病毒管理手段已经无法应对病毒的快速传播和大规模爆发。论文基于三级网络架构的电子政务业务专网系统的实际情况,分析了其病毒管理的现状,提出了病毒管理的需求,并设计出一种新型病毒管理体系,为提升电子政务系统的病毒防范和预警能力提供了思路和参考。With the rapid development of China＇s e-government construction, network virus has become a major factor of the threat to information security of e-government, and the traditional anti-virus management methods is not able to deal with the rapid spread and large-scale outbreak of the network virus. Based on the three-level architecture of e-government network, this paper analyzes the virus management status, proposes the requirement of virus management and designs a new type of virus management architecture, thus providing ideas and references for enhancing the capability of anti-virus and early virus-warning in the e-government system.
