流动注射等离子体炬原子发射光谱峰宽定量法

摘　　要：提出了流动注射一微波等离子体炬一原子发射光谱法（FI-MPT-AES）的峰宽定量法。考察了峰宽定量在不同发射强度下的灵敏度和线性，测定了在多种基体元素下Zn2＋，Cu2＋和Ag＋的峰宽回收率，并与峰高定量法的测定结果进行了对比。结果表明在FI-MPT-AES系统中采用峰宽定量可有效地消除基体干扰，扩展线性测定范围。本方法的优化条件是：进样体积350扯L、载流流速1．5mL·min^-1、微波功率110W、载气流量1．4L·min^-1、工作气（氩）流量0．4L·min^-1。在所选实验条件下，用FI-MPT-AES峰宽定量法和峰高定量两种方法，对某水库水样中的K＋，Ca2＋，Zn2＋，Cu＋，A矿进行测定和回收率计算，发现FI-MPT-AES峰高定量的标准添加回收率在61．3％～122％，其峰宽定量的标准添加回收率在92％～107％，峰宽定量明显优于常规的峰高定量。A peak-width quantitation method for flow-injection microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry was proposed. Sensitivity and linearity of the peak-width quantitation were investigated under different emission intensities. Recoveries of Zn2＋ , Cu2＋ and Ag＋ existing in various matrix were determined by using the peak-width quantitation, and were compared with the results obtained by the peak-height method. The results indicated that the peak-width quantitation can efficiently remove matrix interference in the FI-MPT-AES system, and expand its linear determination range. The peak-width quantitation （recovery： 92 M-107 %） surpasses conventional peak-height method （recovery： 61.3 %-122%）. Optimized determination condi- tions were as follows： the sampling volume was 350 mL, the flow rate of the carrier was 1.5 mL·min^-1 , the power of micro- wave was 110 W, the flow rates of the carrier gas and working gas （argon） were 1.4 and 0.4 L·min^-1, respectively.
