摘　　要：在知识经济时代，知识产权直接体现科研院所的核心竞争力。通过分析科研院所知识产权管理与保护的现状，结合知识产权管理工作实践，提出了一些科研院所加强知识产权管理的对策，供科技管理人员参考。In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual property directly reflects the core competitiveness of scientific research institutes. Based on the analysis of the status of intellectual property management and protection, and combined with the practice of intellectual property management, this paper put forwards some measures to strengthen intellectual property management of scientific research institutes, which could be reference for science and technology manager.
