黄河资源在西北开发中的优势及生态问题的探究

摘　　要：西部大开发战略提出以后，如何合理的利用中上游黄河资源的区位优势、促进区域水资源的合理开发、加快黄河流域的生态环境整治、保证经济的可持续发展成为了发展西北的重要课题。文章通过对西北部黄河流域在历史和现代中对西部各省的经济的影响，阐述了黄河流域在西北大开发中的自然和地理优势；探究了制约当地经济可持续发展的生态环境问题；总结了黄河在西北大开发中拥有的重要地位和应该发挥的作用。After putting forward the western development strategy, rational use of the regional advantage in the upper reaches of the Yellow River＇ s resource premoting the rational development of regional water resources, accelerating the remediation of ecological environment around the Yellow River Basin to ensure the sustainable economic development have become an important subject in the development of the Northwest. Based on the effect of Yellow River Basin in northwest to the economy of western provinces in history and now, this artcle pointed out the natural and geographical advantages of Yellow River Basin during the northwest development, and also studied the ecological environment issues which constraints the sustainable development of local economy. And then it summarized the important position and role of Yellow River in the large-scale development of Northwest
